Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential customers across India for HDPE bottles and containers.
- Follow up on leads through phone, email, WhatsApp, and online channels.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally for next steps.
- Maintain lead records and follow-up status in a simple tracker.
- Support product catalogue sharing and enquiry conversion.
- Provide market feedback on customer demand and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or customer coordination.
- Good spoken and written communication in English and Hindi; Gujarati is a plus.
- Comfortable using phone, email, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to understand industrial products and customer requirements.
- Self-driven approach suitable for remote work.
