Key Responsibilities
- Operate assigned machinery as per production requirements and supervisor instructions.
- Monitor machine performance, product quality, and basic process parameters.
- Support material handling, mould changes, cleaning, and production preparation.
- Report machine issues, defects, or safety concerns immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline around the work area.
- Follow company safety, quality, and attendance guidelines.
Requirements
- Prior machine operation experience in plastic, packaging, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Freshers with willingness to learn may also apply.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in shifts if required.
- Basic understanding of production quality and workplace safety.
- Candidate should be able to work on-site at Nadiad, Gujarat.
